Family IDentification Services (FIDS), LLC believes that addressing your concerns about privacy is critical. Family IDentification Services, LLC uses its best efforts to protect the personal information given to us by customers of our service or visitors to www.familyidservices.com, so that the information you submit to FIDS or their representatives is used only in ways to which you have consented. A more detailed explanation about how we treat your personal information is described below.

NON-WEB INFORMATION

FIDS representatives collect personal information (photo, fingerprints, physical description, name, and address) from children (and their parents or guardian) for the purpose of producing child identification cards for their parents or guardian. Personal information is only collected from children participating in our program with their parents’ permission. This information is not sold, rented or shared in any way and is deleted from the representative’s database within 60 days of finished ID cards being returned to the parent or guardian.

If parents choose to have their child enrolled in the FIDS Birthday Card Club, the information that is kept on file is the child’s name, address, and birth date.  The information will NEVER be on Family Identification Services, LLC website for any reason.
